Not happy with Rentbird? We're sorry to see you go. But, as promised, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase, you'll get your money back. No questions asked. Email us at mail@rentbird.nl or send us a WhatsApp message.
If you signed up for Rentbird more than 14 days ago, you can easily cancel your paid subscription yourself via My Rentbird. Here's how:
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to 'Subscription'
3. Click on 'Cancel subscription'
4. Follow the steps and confirm. That's it!
Your subscription runs until the end of your billing period.
This means that if you cancel now, you'll still be able to use Rentbird until the end of the period you've paid for. For example, if you started your 3-month subscription on February 15th, your subscription, property alerts, and automatic payments will end on May 15th.
Your searches remain active until the end of your subscription.
Found a new home, and don't want to receive property matches any more? Congratulations! To stop receiving property matches, you'll need to delete your searches in My Rentbird.
